I loved the location. I felt like we were in the perfect place to access most things. My husband and I are very active so we walked all over the Back Bay & Copley Square area. We were close to fabulous restaurants, shopping and beautiful parks. We truly felt as if we got a great handle on Boston as a whole. The front desk clerk, Justin was fabulous - very helpful and honest.
Our room was on the front side of the hotel on Exeter Street, 2nd floor. The first night we did not sleep b/c our room was positioned perfectly above a night club. It was very noisy throughout the night and made for a rough night of sleeping. It also seems we were nickled and dimed to death. Everything was extra from the bottle of water in the room to the breakfast in the morning which certainly didn't look worth the price. For what we paid, it was disappointing but still a great location, clean room and helpful staff.

The rooms with an amazing view. A nice restaurant for breakfast.

My room was on the 2nd floor facing the street. The windows allowed most of the noise from the street to enter the room. The noise included conversations being held outside the hotel, as well as trucks backing into the nearby Star Market loading docks.

Parking is expensive (as it seems to be in Copley square) and adjacent lot was full. Had to walk a few blocks with heavy luggage but would do it again because the hotel was lovely!

Great location in Back Bay
Room was very very small, tight even for 2 people.

But honestly, if I wanted a sauna, I would've booked a spa, not a hotel room! Seriously, that AC drama was a comedy waiting to happen.

Location is excelent!
The hotel doesn't have a restaurant, only a starbucks inside opened from 7:30 to 10:30. Could be opened during all day!

good location but needs better maintenance
The room was great with ample space, allowing my group to move freely. Fine views complemented our stay, particularly the city's skyline at night.
The bathroom could use some updates to ensure everything functions properly.

It was in a marvellous and perfect location 4-6 minutes walking distance from John Hancock Tower. The service was superb, totally satisfied.
Didn't like the staff, some of them were uninformed.

I adored the charming architecture and beautiful decor of Courtyard Boston Copley Square, which perfectly blended historic elegance with modern amenities. It was easy to navigate.
Limited dining options could be improved for seniors.

The central location, the friendly and accommodating staff and the level of cleanliness.
I know Boston is expensive and this is the most expensive area of Boston but I found the hotel to be very overpriced. It was a very clean and comfortable room with a great bed and great linens and the hotel put me within walking distance of everywhere I needed to go but there was no lobby, no restaurant, no attractive place to sit or have breakfast in the hotel other than a Starbucks. Basically I paid luxury hotel prices but this was not a luxury hotel by any stretch of the imagination. Also the bathrooms were super clean but unattractive, they need updating. They were very 1980's looking with a very small countertop, not enough space for toiletries and bad lighting.
